"Guests never took 3 items, it's quite a bad experience."

Positive:
Food was generally fine except cheng tng.
Price is worthwhile.
Setup fine and well on-time by 1.40pm

Negative:
Forgot to bring salad and fruit punch.
Promise to send by 2.30pm, never came.
Salad and punch came abt 3.30pm, but ... More guests have started to eat from 2.15pm, had no drinks, we had to get spare drinks.
Eventually 80% punch and salad not consumed.
Cheng tng 70% not taken, forgot ice, not cold, guests don't find it tasty.

Called manager, they can only say sorry, said driver forgot, but why is there no checks or SOP, to ensure problem is prevented.

I am sorry we are quite disappointed, maybe staff is short-handed to manage unexpected situations.
