Communication from restaurant was prompt and reassuring. Food quantity was more than enough to cater to 30 fully consuming adults and Swatow food quality absolutely win over those commercialised caterers (e.g N. GDN, SLT etc).
My only issue was ... More the fried prawn might not be a good buffet choice cause it ended up to hard to chew, in case anyone gets confused like me, do note that the signature sauce is fried into the dish, not separate like a container of mayo.
